Hand-crafted from master weavers in Iran, this indigo, cream, and gray wool carpet is hand-knotted and belongs to the Orley Shabahang Dream Collection. Titled Muru, this piece was inspired by the tradition of Australian Aboriginal dream paintings. Knotted in the Orley Shabahang exclusive Cheshmeh weave, this piece executes the curvilinear design of these dream drawings by using small circles to create the carpet’s elaborate design. Measuring 8’2” x 9’11”, this modern carpet would make an ideal fit as a bedroom, living room carpet, or wherever medium to large area carpeting is needed.
