Contemporary and
Antique Carpets

Our Production Process

Seeking out the traditional weaving villages in the hills of Iran, Bahram Shabahang cultivated relationships with artisans that could spin, dye, and knot carpets entirely by hand using only the time-honored organic techniques that created the fine Persian antiques loved the world over. By returning to the processes of old, Orley Shabahang created its own line of fine hand-knotted rugs, sure to be the fine heirloom pieces of the future. Read on to learn more about the efforts that Orley Shabahang takes to create these fine art pieces for your home.
